St. Louis Today: City Foundry's Fresh Thyme grocery opens Wednesday

ST. LOUIS — The new City Foundry development in Midtown is set to see its grocery store open Wednesday. Hours at the Fresh Thyme Market will be 7 a.m.-10 p.m daily. The store is Chicago-based Fresh Thyme's seventh in the region, and it says this one will have a special focus on foods sourced from around the area. Other stores are also locally sourced, but get more food from outside the region, a company spokeswoman said. Read more
