Phoenix Motorcars and Perrone Robotics Deliver Houston METRO’s First Autonomous Shuttle Bus

Phoenix Motorcars Inc. has recently announced the successful demonstration of the first-ever autonomous cutaway shuttle bus in the United States. The bus was tested in partnership with Houston METRO, Perrone Robotics, STV, and AECOM. This mid-size autonomous bus is the first in the country to be compliant with Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standards (FMVSS), Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and Buy America. Read more
