New South Wales developer Blaq Projects has purchased a Subiaco site where an Edge Visionary Living development failed, with plans to build more than 200 apartments for an end value of $172 million at the site. Blaq Projects bought 5 Wunderlich Road Subiaco from Edge Holdings No.7 Pty Ltd for $12 million, via administrators KPMG in January. Read more
