Ashley Beal

Ashley Beal serves as Chief of Staff at CapStone Holdings Inc., leading the day-to-day operations of the family office. Working directly with the Chairman, she translates strategic direction into execution, directs priorities across the organization, and holds teams accountable for results. She serves as the central point of leadership and coordination for the family office, with responsibility for keeping its people, projects, and business activities moving forward.

Ashley brings more than 25 years of experience in business operations, executive leadership support, and human resources. She has worked alongside Keith J. Stone since 2016, beginning as Executive Assistant to the CEO at Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI). Following CSI’s sale to Edenred in 2019, she joined him in establishing the CapStone Holdings family office. She subsequently served as Senior Vice President of Operations at CapStone and GameAbove, taking on broad responsibility for operations, personnel, and organizational priorities before becoming Chief of Staff.

Earlier in her career, Ashley served as Director of Human Resources at AXI International and worked on the Human Resources team at FirstService Residential.

Ashley graduated magna cum laude from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and a minor in Psychology. She earned her MBA from the University of Central Florida and has completed multiple executive education courses at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. At FSU, she also served as Captain of the Varsity Co-Ed Cheerleading team.

Ashley is active in CityGate Church Fort Myers. Her community involvement also includes membership in the Junior League and past board service with the Power2Change Foundation, supporting initiatives that benefit children and families. She also coaches middle school and varsity cheerleading at Evangelical Christian School.
