Ashley Beal

Ashley E. Beal is an established business operations manager who has worked directly with executive leadership for over 20 years in public and private enterprises. She oversees day-to-day operations, identifies growth opportunities, and manages human resource functions.

She started working with Keith J. Stone at Corporate Spending Innovations (CSI). Following the sale of CSI in 2019, she helped to establish the team at CapStone Holdings Inc. As Senior Vice President of Operations, Ashley sets project priorities and uses her skillset to align those priorities with the goals and strategic direction of the company.  

Before joining CSI, Ashley served as the Director of Human Resources with AXI International and on the Human Resources team with FirstService Residential.

She actively volunteers to support various children’s efforts, including being a member of the Junior League of Fort Myers and a past board member of the Power2Change Foundation. In college, she served as the Captain of the Varsity Co-Ed Cheerleaders at Florida State University.

Ashley attended Florida State University for her undergraduate degree and earned her Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources and has completed several Kellogg Executive Education courses at Northwestern University.
